Time to Get Registered

To Register Online

Allow one week for the processing of all paper registration forms received by our office via mail. Registration forms received via email must be received prior to the course registration close date. Deadline for Course Registration Paper registration forms must be received and processed at least one week prior to the course registration close date. Council Trainers make course cancellation decisions one week prior to the course. Confirmations Confirmation emails with course details will be sent approximately one week before the course date. If you do not receive a confirmation email within the timeline specified, contact the Answer Center. Cancellations and Refunds In order to receive a refund, individuals wishing to cancel must provide written notification prior to the program’s registration close date. Written cancellations must be emailed to the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . No refunds will be given after the registration close date. Scholarships Scholarships are available for courses supported and maintained by Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. To apply for a scholarship, the Adult Education Scholarship Application must be submitted with the Course Registration form.

• Log into MYGS from girlscoutsem.org • Select gsLearn on the MYGS homepage • Enter username and password • Select gsLearn on the landing page • Choose assigned class or search the content library and begin your learning experience OR • Select Program/Camp Registration on the Council website homepage

• Log into your account

• Click on the Activities tab at the top of the page or use the search bar to find a program

• Choose the program option and click Register Now

• If any technical difficulties occur, contact our Answer Center at 314.400.4600

To Register by Paper Application

• Paper registration forms are accepted via US mail or email • Complete, sign and date the registration form on pg. 50 • Include a current email address in order to receive event information and registration confirmation • Complete a separate registration form for each registrant
