Highest Awards

ISSUES OF THE WORLD, MEET YOUR MATCH Bronze. Silver. Gold. These represent the highest honors a Girl Scout can earn. All three awards give girls the chance to do big things while working on an issue they care about. Whether they want to plant a community garden at a local school and inspire others to eat healthy for their Bronze, advocate for animal rights for their Silver, or build a career network that encourages girls to become scientists and engineers for their Gold, girls will inspire others (and themselves).

GOLD AWARD CANDIDATE TRAINING This course is for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors and their parents and leaders. The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award a Senior or Ambassador may earn.

Upcoming 2021 Gold Award Trainings

Girls who wish to go for the Gold Award are required to attend this training and learn more about the seven steps in planning a Gold Award project. Before attending this training, girls must complete the following prerequisites: • Earn the Girl Scout Silver Award and complete one Senior or Ambassador Journey, at program level
