Online registration is available for all programs. For assistance with registration, contact the Girl Scout Answer Center at 314.400.4600 or answercenter@girlscoutsem.org .

Deadlines for Program Registration All programs have a defined registration period. Refer to the program description for the exact deadline for each program. Activity applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Paper applications must be received and processed by the registration deadline, not postmarked by the deadline. Registration Confirmations Registrants receive an automatic receipt of purchase at the time of registration, but they will receive actual confirmation details via email about two weeks prior to the program. Contact the Answer Center with any questions or if you do not receive a confirmation email. Cancellations and Refunds Individuals wishing to cancel a registration must provide written notification prior to the program’s registration deadline date in order to receive a refund. Written cancellations must be emailed to Waitlists All programs accept a maximum number of participants. If a program is full, the online registration site will be updated if additional spots open due to cancellations or capacity increases. In the rare instance a waitlist is available, any registrant placed on the waitlist will be notified of such upon placing their order. Waitlisted registrants will remain on the waitlist for openings, or have the option to request a refund before the deadline. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Answer Center before the registration deadline for the program. Activity Scholarships Guidelines on Activity Scholarships for girls and applications can be found online at girlscoutsem.org/forms . The Activity Scholarship Application must be submitted with the Individual Activity Application a minimum of three weeks prior to the registration deadline for the program. Adults at Activities For girl programs, all available space is reserved for girls. For some programs, adults can also register and participate which is noted in the program description. A few programs require the registrants to meet the girl/adult ratios outlined in Safety Activity Checkpoints . This is also noted in the program description. All adults attending activities must be registered Girl Scouts. the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . No refunds will be given after the program’s registration deadline date.

Registration • Log in to your account or contact the Answer Center to create a new account and add the applicable family members • Ensure the registrant’s account includes an accurate email address. All event information and registration confirmations are sent to the registrant via email • Use the search bar to find the program • Click on desired program, then click Register Now • Select the registrant name(s), then proceed to Check Out To Register by Paper Application • Paper applications are only accepted via US mail or at the Service Center. Applications cannot be accepted via fax or email • Complete, sign and date the Individual Activity Application (IAA) on pgs. 55-56. A separate form must be completed for each girl • Include a current email address in order to receive event information and registration confirmation • If applying for an Activity Scholarship, attach a copy of the form available online at girlscoutsem.org/forms for each person requesting assistance Mail all completed applications to:

Allow for a minimum of 10 business days for the processing of all paper applications once received by our office. Due to the processing time, paper applications are not recommended as a registration method for very popular programs, as spaces may fill during the processing time Disabilities Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri welcomes the participation of all girls and adults and will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities.
