Time to Get Registered

Online registration is available for all courses. For assistance with online registration, contact the Answer Center at 314.400.4600 or answercenter@girlscoutsem.org .

Disabilities Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri welcomes the participation of all girls and adults and will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. If you have questions or if you want to discuss an accommodation, please contact the Answer Center at 314.400.4600 or answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . Deadline for Course Registration Paper registration forms must be received and processed at least one week prior to the course date. Council Trainers make course cancellation decisions one week prior to the course. Volunteers who wait to register may find the courses they wish to attend have been canceled due to low registration. Confirmations Confirmation emails with course details will be sent one week before the course date. If you do not receive a confirmation email within the timelines specified, contact the Answer Center. Cancellations and Refunds In order to receive a refund, individuals wishing to cancel must provide written notification prior to the program’s registration deadline. Written cancellations must be emailed to the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . No refunds will be given after the registration deadline. Scholarships Scholarships are available for courses supported and maintained by Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. To apply for a scholarship, the Volunteer Assistance Application must be submitted with the Course Registration form a minimum of three weeks prior to the registration deadline for the course. Locations Learning opportunities are held at locations throughout the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri jurisdiction. Volunteers can take courses in any district.

To Register Online • From the main website, girlscoutsem.org, click on Program/Camp Registration • Log in to your account or contact the Answer Center to create a new online account • Ensure the registrant’s account includes an accurate email address. All event information and registration confirmations are sent to the registrant via email • Click the Activities tab at the top of the page • Use the search bar to find the program • Click on desired program, then click Register Now • Select the registrant name(s), then proceed to Check Out To Register by Paper Application • Paper registration forms are only accepted via US mail or at the Service Center. Registration forms cannot be accepted via fax or email • Complete, sign and date the registration form on pg. 53 • Include a current email address in order to receive event information and registration confirmation • Complete a separate registration form for each registrant

Allow for a minimum of 10 business days for the processing of all paper registration forms once received by our office. Due to the processing time, paper registrations are not recommended as a registration method for very popular programs, as spaces may fill during the processing time.
