Inclusivity in Girl Scouting

This interactive training will equip Girl Scout volunteers with a foundational understanding of neurodiversity and practical strategies for creating inclusive, accessible, and welcoming troop environments. Volunteers will learn how to recognize barriers, provide appropriate resources and accessibility support, and confidently meet the diverse needs of girls and caregivers within their troops. Volunteers will leave with actionable tools to foster belonging and help ensure every Girl Scout can fully participate and thrive.

Leading Multi-Level Troops (GSUSA)

Level: All

Multi-level troops provide unique opportunities for Girl Scouts and their families. This 15-minute course provides tips, tools, and strategies for leading a multi-level troop to provide an exceptional Girl Scout experience.

Leading with Compassion

Level: All

In this training, volunteers will explore how empathy, kindness and compassionate communication strengthen relationships and build a positive troop culture. Volunteers will walk away with practical strategies to foster belonging and encourage respectful interactions.

Prerequisite: Volunteers should complete Delivering Inclusive Program on gsLearn prior to the in-person training.
