Technology is a lifesaver for busy troop leaders and volunteers! In this section, volunteers will find a multitude of courses that help volunteers navigate the technology and online platforms used at Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.

Looker Onboarding for Service Unit Volunteers (GSUSA)

Level: All

Looker is the business intelligence platform used by councils nationwide. With it, approved service team volunteers can explore, visualize, and analyze data from their districts or neighborhoods. In this course, volunteers learn what Looker is, how to navigate the platform, and how to interact with Looker reports. Service team volunteers are expected to complete this onboarding course when they first receive access to Looker.

Managing My Troops from My Account (GSUSA)

Level: All

This highly interactive 40-minute course demonstrates how troop leaders can manage troop information from their GSEM account dashboard and how leaders can complete activity and membership registration for troop members. This course is also beneficial for caregivers and other troop volunteers who want to familiarize themselves with navigating their GSEM account dashboard.
