Product Programs

Participating in the troop money-earning Product Programs (Girl Scout Cookie Program in the winter/ spring and Treats & Reads in the fall) is key to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Not only are they the primary way to fund a troop’s activities, they also teach Girl Scouts valuable life skills. This section lists vital courses for Treats & Reads and Cookie Program managers at the troop level.

Nuts & Bolts for Troop Treats & Reads Managers

Level: All

This course consists of interactive, topic-specific modules (15-20 minutes each) designed for volunteers leading their troop through the Treats & Reads Program. These modules are available on-demand beginning September 4. Volunteers should contact their Neighborhood Treats & Reads Manager to pick up their troops’ Treats & Reads materials.
