Certification Course

Course Description: This course is for those who wish to obtain certification as a general first aider. Demonstration of skills is required. Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED certification is valid for two years. Girls 16 years and older are welcome to participate. Financial assistance is available. In this course, participants become certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED in a blended-learning format where the participant must complete some coursework online prior to attending an in-person skills session. Course participants receive a link to register for, access and complete the online portion of the course via email approximately one week before the in-person skills session. Course participants are required to provide verification of online course completion at the in-person session.
