Easy Serves 6 45 mins.

Ingredients Cooking spray 2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk 2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread 1 cup sliced strawberries 1/4 cup powered sugar, for serving Maple syrup, for serving

Directions Step 1: Prepare a campfire with hot coals and low flames.

Step 2: Grease a large piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray and shape it into a boat. Place bread loaf inside, standing up to keep its loaf shape. (Add another piece of foil underneath for extra support.)

Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Carefully pour over bread, making sure to get between each slice.

Step 4: Wrap entire loaf in foil. Place over campfire, directly on hot coals, but not over the flame. Cook until egg mixture is cooked and bread is toasted, about 40 minutes. Rotate occasionally.

Step 5: Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Unwrap loaf, dust with powdered sugar and garish with sliced strawberries. Serve with syrup.
