Offered to: Grades 9-12 Girls have real power to change the world, and one of the greatest ways to make your voice heard is through participating in government! Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts will learn about the power of their vote and their voice. Learn how the voting system works, how you can be an advocate for change, and the power of your voice. Girl Scout Seniors will earn their Behind the Ballot Badge and Girl Scout Ambassadors will earn their Public Policy Badge. Location: Virtual Grades 6-12 Are you interested in learning more about the Universe and our place in it? Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of creation, and go home with your own terrific tie-dye, super sit-upon, lovely lyric book and more. Offered to: Grades 4-5 Juniors will design, build and test a balloon-powered car to learn more about potential energy, kinetic energy and jet propulsion. Girl Scouts will also have the opportunity to explore The Magic House MADE for Kids, where they can paint on a digital easel, sculpt a clay creation, build robots and circuits, launch a rocket and more!

Offered to: Grades 6-8 In this Journey, Cadettes will learn how engineers use design thinking to solve problems by completing three design thinking activities. Girls will design and build prototypes of a life vest for a dog, a model camp cabin inspired by nature, and a prosthetic leg for an elephant. A Cadette Journey is a prerequisite to the Girl Scout Silver Award. After this program, girls will need to implement a Take Action Project to complete the Think Like a Programmer Journey.
