Offered to: Grades K-1 Come celebrate the birthday of Juliette Gordon Low, founder of the Girl Scouts. Daisies will learn why a pearl necklace was important to Juliette and our organization. Older girls will teach Girl Scout songs and traditions to the Daisies. We may even have a surprise birthday guest. Girl Scout Daisies will receive a special birthday patch. Comics are sometimes described as “sequential art” though some are only one panel. So what is a comic exactly? It’s a visual story told however you would like to tell it. Join us to learn more about comics, art, and how you can become the next great comic artist! Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their Comic Artist Badge. Offered to: Grades 2-3 Girl Scout Brownies learn about the world of cybersecurity with the Maryville University Chapter of Women in Cybersecurity.
