Extreme Team Join our high adventure club! The Extreme Team is a unique opportunity for Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors to stretch their physical and mental limits in the great outdoors. All adventures include a T-shirt and patch, exclusive to the Extreme Team. Levels: Registration Deadline: Two weeks before each program Cost: $60 per adventure Min./Max. girls: 10/20 per session Times will be emailed in confirmation letters two weeks before each adventure. Adventure 1, Sept. 17-19 Backpacking and overnight at Johnson’s Shut-Ins State Park

Adventure 4, Feb. 26-27 Underground kayaking with overnight stay at Crystal City Underground • Camp underground and wake up in the morning to a three-hour kayak tour Adventure 5, March 26 Fencing at the Girl Scout Program Center • Participate in a fencing lesson with amateur fencers Adventure 6, April 15-16 Twilight tree climb and overnight at Camp Tuckaho • Climb trees in the moonlight and stay up late for an overnight adventure Adventure 7, June 26 Sailing on Creve Coeur Lake • Join the Mariners and learn to sail

• Hike the 10+ mile trail from Taum Sauk State Park to Johnson’s Shut-Ins. Camping overnight in tents. Must be able to hike for long hours Adventure 2, Nov. 14 Climbing and rappelling at Pere Marquette • Climb and rappel on natural rock faces with experienced instructors Adventure 3, Jan. 21-23 Freeze-out campout at Camp Fiddlecreek • Learn to camp in the freezing cold and discover how to survive in cold temperatures We will need a few adult volunteers at each adventure.
