FALL 2019

G . I . R . L .s doing BIG things in their local communities! Way to go!

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Brownie Troop 2502 had a great time visiting with paramedics at Station 10 in Cottleville. They made first aid kits for their families, took a tour, learned about a possible future career and tested out some of the equipment!

Girl Scout Troops 1707 and 1601 built a drop-off box for Helping Hand Me Downs, a non-profit located in House Springs. This local organization supplies infants and young children with free clothing and diapers. These community-minded Girl Scouts wanted to further their important mission, so they worked tirelessly to set up a lasting collection service for Helping Hand Me Downs.

These Girl Scout Juniors from Troop 141 knew they wanted to complete a project for Pond Elementary School for their Bronze Award. They hoped their project would not only promote exercise, but provide a place to foster friendships that last forever. As a result, a Gaga Pit was created, turning their envisioned space for students into reality!
