Service at Camp Camp Keepers Love to work outside and fix things? Troops have an opportunity to get our camping properties ready for the spring and summer by volunteering as a Camp Keeper! Projects include prepping tent units, trail maintenance and more. Troops, individual girls and adult volunteers are all welcome to attend and make a difference by providing service to camp. ACTIVITY STAFF WEEKEND UPDATE

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is committed to providing troops with opportunities to experience all that camp has to offer by providing certified staff on select weekends each month. Supervisors will no longer be responsible for scheduling troops for activities. Troops will be sent a link from the Camp Department to sign up for activities two months in advance of their camping date. They will be given one month to sign up for activities, choosing up to two activities. After one month, the sign-up link will become inactive, and a report will be pulled to determine any discrepancies (grade level not appropriate, troops signed up for too many activities, etc.) Once the schedule is finalized, the report will be sent to the camp supervisor three weeks before the camping weekend. Camp supervisors will then pass along the information to the troops camping for the weekend.
