Fall 2019 Inspire Discovery

Reese P. 17 years old, Girl Scout Ambassador, Troop 3279 After hearing about school violence, Gold Award Girl Scout Reese felt compelled to take action. She assembled buddy buckets for Pheasant Point Elementary School. Stocked with items like gauze, bottled water, band-aids, hand sanitizer and tourniquets, the buckets were designed with student safety in mind.

Chastity J. 15 years old, Girl Scout Senior, Troop 2693 A two-time participant of Camp Fury STL, Chastity has trained alongside firefighters, paramedics and law enforcement personnel during this action-packed week! Chastity isn’t one to back down from a challenge and has conquered a fear of heights when she climbed the 90-ft aerial ladder.

Hannah S. 17 years old, Girl Scout Ambassador, Troop 4897 A Gold Award Girl Scout and a passionate dancer, Hannah was up for a new challenge that pushed her out of her comfort zone. This year, she participated in Council's annual Empowerment Project, designed specifically with our older Girl Scouts in mind. Hannah spent the weekend exploring the city while learning how to build her own personal brand.

Elizabeth E. 18 years old, Girl Scout Ambassador, Troop 3323 Elizabeth is a member of the Girl Scout robotics team Ursuline Bearbotics. They earned a place at the FIRST® World Championship in Houston, Tx. after winning a regional competition this past spring. Elizabeth and the Bearbotics were the only all-girl team from the St. Louis region invited to compete.
