SpringBreak Days

No school, no problem! Join Girl Scouts for one of our action-packed Spring Break Days and keep boredom at bay. Spring Break Days are for Daisies, Brownies and Juniors and are located at the Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center with field trips to a variety of fun locations around the area. Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up: Available for an additional cost: $5 before care per session (7:30-9 am), $7 after care per session (4-6 pm). Girl Scouts picked up after 6 pm will be assessed late charges.

It’s Spring Break! Although we might not have white sandy beaches, we can enjoy our time off with a skate and swim! Great Skate is offering us a spectacular STEM class, ending the morning with a free- skate and arcade games (don’t forget to bring extra change if you want to play arcade games!) After girls enjoy their sack lunches, we will head over to the Indoor Aquatic Center at Maryland Heights and swim the afternoon away! So be sure to pack your Girl Scout-appropriate swim wear and goggles! Girl Scout Daisies complete Step 3 of their Tula Petal, Girl Scout Brownies complete Session 1 of their Love Water Award of the Wonders of Water Journey and Girl Scout Juniors complete Step 1 of their Staying Fit Badge. Let's explore history and art! Girls enjoy a private tour through the world-renowned St. Louis Art Museum and complete an artistic hands-on project. Then, we will head over to the Missouri History Museum where learning our local history is an exciting experience! Girl Scout Daisies complete Step 3 of their Gerri Petal and Girl Scout Brownies complete Step 1 of their Painter Badge.

Go behind the scenes at the brand-new St. Louis Aquarium and learn about the different creatures who call it home. We’ll spend the day at Union Station and enjoy the 3D Light Show in the Grand Hall at the historic St. Louis Union Station Hotel.

Offered to: Grades 6-8 Enjoy a wild weekend at Shaw Nature Reserve! This unforgettable overnight experience comes complete with a warm campfire and s’mores, an exciting night hike around the wetlands, star gazing and much more. Girl Scouts will stay in the Dana Brown Overnight Center’s cozy and historic lodges, complete with bunk beds, heating and air conditioning! Girl Scouts will receive a one-of-a-kind souvenir patch for participating, too. Adults are not required to attend. If an adult is interested in attending with their troop, please allow only one adult per troop.
