The badge icon indicates girls complete badge work by attending the program.

The focus area icon indicates if the program has a strong influence in either STEM, Money Management or Health.

This icon indicates which Girl Scout grade levels can attend the program.

 Brownie Safety

Offered to: Grades 2-3 Girls experience the Safety House, giving them the opportunity to learn how to extinguish various types of kitchen fires, plan for weather situations, understand the proper way to escape from a room during a fire and the discover the tools used by firefighters. To help Girl Scouts strengthen the skills she learns about safety and first aid, each girl receives a family take-home kit which will include a mini booklet so her family can create their own emergency plan and also a DIY First Aid kit to keep on hand. Brownies complete their Safety Pin and First Aid Badge. Location: West County Safety House, 13790 Manchester Rd., Manchester 63021 SAMPLE
