This program is for Girl Scout Cadettes who are interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Silver Award. This training will allow Girl Scouts and their adults to learn the steps necessary to complete their Silver Award project and how to submit their completion form.

Set sail for an adventure! During this camp, learn to rig and sail a Sunfish, paddle a canoe, and zoom around in a pedalboat. When not boating around, enjoy crafts, swimming at the pool, and other camp activities. Comfort in water and strong swimming skills required.

Volunteering in Programs (VIP) training is designed to help Seniors and Ambassadors discover their talents in mentoring and leading younger girls. They will gain the confidence, knowledge and expertise needed to guide Girl Scouts, and prepare them to hold future leadership positions within and outside of Girl Scouting. Our Older Girl Scouts will help create and run three Day Programs at Fiddlecreek for Juniors, Brownies, and Daisies. Then they’ll have their own fun at camp in the evenings when the younger kids go home before sleeping over in the comfort of Myrtle’s Manor. We will have a required virtual pre-meeting on June 19, 7:15-8:15 pm.

Ever wonder what it would be like to work with animals? Join us on a special trip to the zoo! We will learn about the many STEM careers that help a zoo run—from zookeepers and veterinarians to facilities management and horticulture. Girl Scouts will take a tour of the vet hospital to learn how vet staff treat the zoo’s animals in unique and innovative ways. We will learn from professionals about their career paths, skills needed for their jobs, and how STEM plays a role in protecting animals and their habitats. Lunch included.

EPIC Adventure is designed for campers looking for the ultimate challenge. Have a food fight, participate in team-building activities, obstacles, sleep under the stars, and tackle a high-adventure challenge. Girl Scout Cadettes work towards their Trailblazing Badge. Girl Scout Seniors earn their Adventurer Badge. Girl Scout Ambassadors work towards their Ultimate Recreation Badge.
