Trefoil Rewards Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to wait to register for a program until we receive notification that our Girl Scout earned Trefoil Rewards? Programs fill up quickly! Register now and pay the deposit to hold the Girl Scout’s spot. We do not recommend waiting until March or April to register for a summer program. What if I am on the waitlist for a program? Please do not submit the Trefoil Rewards Redemption form until the Girl Scout is fully registered for a program. Will you automatically apply any Trefoil Rewards to a balance? No. Caregivers must complete the Trefoil Rewards Redemption Form to let us know what program Trefoil Rewards should be applied to. This link will be provided in the email and postcard communication that goes out after the Cookie Program ends. Earners must submit the form by stated deadlines to use them. If I don’t use all my Trefoil Rewards, can I carry them over? Trefoil Rewards are not gift cards and have no cash value. No remaining balances will exist to be applied to another program. If a Girl Scout doesn’t use their Trefoil Rewards at all by Sept. 30, 2026, they will roll over to 2027.
