■ April 7: Final troop cookie payment (ACH) or council proceeds deposit ■ Look for communication about picking up troop rewards ■ Pick up and distribute rewards to Girl Scouts who earned them April/May

Final ACH Withdrawal • Final withdrawal is the balance due to council, minus any balance owed to council from a Troop Late Payment Report that was submitted • Refer to Sales Report in eBudde for troop sales data and watch for an email around March 31 confirming your amount due • If due to Digital Cookie payments the troop has overpaid council, troop proceeds will be deposited via ACH by April 7

Receive and Distribute Rewards •

Rewards should be delivered to NCMs beginning late April. Watch for an eBudde message regarding reward delivery details and procedures for distribution. Families of Girl Scouts who earned rewards at the 1,500 package level and higher will be contacted directly by Product Programs. • Girl Scouts who earn Trefoil Rewards will be notified directly via mail and email after the cookie program ends. Eligible programs are listed in the Camp Adventure Guide. Program registration for camp opens in December and Girl Scouts should not wait until rewards are earned to register for a program
