Log Into Digital Cookie An email will be sent to the primary troop cookie volunteer on or before Jan. 4 with your unique Digital Cookie login information. It should be coming from “Girl Scout Cookies” with the subject “Register for the Digital Cookie Platform Today.” Digital Cookie can be accessed at digitalcookie.girlscouts.org/login or through the eBudde Cookie Portal.

In Digital Cookie, troop volunteers can: • View your troop’s total digital orders and progress to goal • Send cheers to members of your troop • View unapproved girl-delivery orders by Girl Scout • Set up and manage troop’s virtual booth/online troop store • View and approve troop’s virtual booth orders • View Girl Scout engagement and sales data/reports • View orders

Host a Troop Cookie Family Meeting Host a meeting with Girl Scouts and families to discuss the Cookie Program. Check out the Family Meeting Guides [ Daisy/Brownie/Junior ; Cadette/Senior/Ambassador ] to plan your meeting. Confirm all caregivers have signed annual health history/permission forms and all Girl Scouts have current Girl Scout memberships. Prepare girl packets and distribute. If you need additional materials, contact your Neighborhood Cookie Manager.

Girl Scouts Set Up Digital Cookie Storefront Caregivers with emails in the membership system will receive an email to set up Digital Cookie on Jan. 6. At this time, Girl Scouts can personalize their digital store and queue emails that will go out Jan. 11. Customers can begin ordering on Jan. 11.

Reward Opt-Out Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador troops, who have completed a unanimous vote to opt-out of physical rewards to receive additional proceeds, must update their eBudde settings by Jan. 25. Once the troop has voted to opt out, the girls must sign their agreement on the Opt-Out Agreement, which should be maintained by the troop for their records. This form is located in the Appendix.

Opt out settings cannot be adjusted by anyone but council after this time and cannot be changed after the troop’s initial order has been submitted.
