• Work with troop to set goals and communicate how funds will be used to help troops serve their community • Set personal sales goals that are achievable; make an action plan for each week of activities to reach that goal • Set up online store as soon as access is available and update customer list; take orders online and in-person using the order card to maximize results • Create a marketing campaign using video, business cards and postcards • Use the QR code from online store to direct customers to site • Share with customers personal Girl Scout story and goals; make it short and sweet • Ask family and friends to help share marketing materials • Participate in cookie booths with troop • Follow up with customers toward the end of the program so they know it’s their last chance to order • Girl Scouts can save their customer list from Digital Cookie at the end of each season so they have it ready to go for Treats & Reads next time
