Summer Programs Let’s go on an adventure! Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri offers summer program opportunities so participants can see new places, meet new friends and discover new ideas. Register for these programs at mygs.girlscouts.org. One-Day Programs

Delmar Day Trip Grades K-1 for the 2023-2024 school year Date: June 21, 9 am-3 pm Location: Delmar Loop 63112 Cost: $60

Get Messy With Chemistry Grades PreK-1 for the 2023-2024 school year

Date: June 18, 9 am-noon Location: Tilles Park 63124 Cost: $30

Enjoy a day exploring the iconic Delmar Loop in University City. We will be visiting famous spots like Fitz’s Root Beer and the St. Louis Walk of Fame. This program will include lunch and a unique fun patch celebrating this amazing part of St. Louis.

Girl Scout Daisies can explore STEM through hands-on messy chemistry. Girls will create colorful creations using the power of molecules, make chemical reactions with everyday items, and play with science! After a morning of fun, we will cool off in the spray fountain. Girl Scout Daisies will bring home a fun patch.

Daisy Day Camp Grades PreK-1 for the 2023-2024 school year

Date: July 12 or Aug. 9, 9 am-4 pm Location: Camp Fiddlecreek 63055 Cost: $60

Let’s have fun with food! On this day trip, we’ll visit Marcoot Creamery and Eckert’s to learn about milk, cheese, fruit, and vegatables. You’ll have the opportunity to try samples, meet animals, and do other food-related activities. Lunch and transportation provided. FIRST LEGO League Explore Robotics Badge Day Grades 1-3 for the 2023-2024 school year Date: July 17, 9 am-4 pm Location: Berges Family Program Center 63146 Cost: $50 Girl Scouts will learn the basics of creating and programming robots with LEGO®, teamwork, and guidance from a mentor. This program will give Girl Scouts a sneak peek into the FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) Program and GSEM robotics team experience. FLL introduces science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through fun, exciting hands-on learning. Lunch provided. Brownie Journey: WOW! Wonders of Water Grades 1-3 for the 2023-2024 school year Date: July 26, 9 am-4 pm Location: Berges Family Program Center 63146 Cost: $60 Splash into this program and learn all about water! We’ll expore why it’s important, how it’s used, and yes, even play around in it. Learn to love, save, and share water during this Brownie journey. Brownies will earn and receive their Wonders of Water Journey. Lunch provided.

Join us at Camp Fiddlecreek for a day of adventure and classic camp fun! Daisies will experience classic camp activities like hiking, swimming, arts and crafts, and sing alongs. They will also earn their Daisy Safety Pin guided by older Girl Scouts. This is a great introduction to camp in just one day!

Discover Daisy Robotics Grades PreK-1 for the 2023-2024 school year Date: July 13, 9 am-noon Location: Berges Family Program Center 63146 Cost: $20

Daisies are invited to dive into the world of STEAM with LEGO®, robots, snacks, crafts and more! Daisies who attend this program will get a sneak peek into the FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) team experience and earn their How Robots Move and Designing Robot Badges. Daisy Journey: Between Earth and Sky Grades PreK-1 for the 2023-2024 school year Date: July 19, 9 am-noon Location: Berges Family Program Center 63146 Cost: $20 Do you like to spend time in and take care of nature? During this journey, Daisies will explore different parts of nature, take care of plants, and think about how they can continue to help after the program. Daisies will earn and receive their Between Earth and Sky Journey.
