The Girl Scouts created a guide and shared with the church so new volunteers can learn the process.

Before the spread of COVID-19, the Washington Metropolitan Feeding Ministry would feed the homeless every Saturday until they had to shut down during the pandemic. After it reopened, Davyrelle, Alexis and Saniyah recognized the need for the process to be redefined and recruit new volunteers. These young changemakers took a six-week cooking class from the resident caterer so they could better understand the process. They then helped prepare and serve meals weekly.
