Cookie Booths in eBudde

Council-scheduled booths with partners like Walgreens, GNC, Upper Limits, Lowe’s and Kaldi’s will be available for sign up through eBudde. Booth scheduling rounds are as follows: • January 20, 9 am CST – each troop may register for 1 booth spot • January 23, 6 pm CST – each troop may register for 1 additional booth spot, total of 2 booths • January 24 9 am CST – each troop may register for as many booth spots as they prefer, depending on when certain partners become available, there may be restrictions on booth reservations at chain stores. These limitations will be communicated through Cookie News if applicable.

Not available during that time? Designate another troop volunteer, who can have access to eBudde, to sign up for a booth.

To schedule your Council-Scheduled Booth: 1. Log in to eBudde 2. Click on the Booth Sales tab 3. You should see any currently-scheduled troop booths

4. Click Sign up for a Council Booth. This will pull up a list of locations where booths are taking place 5. Check the Hide Unavailable if you only want to see open slots; some troops may wish to see all slots so they can get on a wait list if it becomes available 6. Click on a booth city of interest 7. Click on the booth location of interest 8. Click the drop down arrow for the available booth dates and times; they will appear in green 9. Click on the booth date/time of interest 10. Click on the space to the right of the time you prefer 11. Click the blue Submit button to reserve this booth location, date and time (to deselect the time just click on the space again) 12. If the spot is already taken and you want to be notified if it becomes available, toggle over to the Email me if slots open up. 13. You will receive a Green Success pop up message when your booth is reserved. Click OK on the message window to complete your reservation. If you do not see this message, your time was not reserved, and you may need to repeat the process or select a different slot. 14. After your booth is reserved, it will appear on your Booth Sales tab and the Calendar on your eBudde troop dashboard
