Placing a Pending Cupboard Order: 1. To view cupboard locations on a map, click on Show Map in the Cupboard Locations tile. 2. If you hover over a map pin, you will see the cupboard details 3. To view a full listing of cupboards, locations, hours and contact information, click on the Reports tab, then the Cupboards report. 4. A pending order appointment is required before picking up cookies. To place a pending order, click on the Transactions tab 5. Make sure you are viewing All transactions. If not, click the little arrow on the blue box and select All. 6. Click the +Add button on the top right to add a pending order 7. Select Normal and Cupboard 8. Click the arrow next to Select Location and choose your cupboard 9. Select a date and time from those available 10. In the Cookie Order box, enter the case and/or package quantities you need. Make sure Add Product is selected 11. Click Save 12. You should receive an email confirmation. The confirmation is not required to pick up cookies, as cupboards use eBudde to verify orders and release them to the troop once picked up. 13. If you do not want to, or cannot, pick up your pending order, you can designate another, trusted troop adult to do it. You must assign them the Troop Pickup User Only role in eBudde contacts. This will allow them to view the pending order on their app at time of pickup and confirm the order. 14. Once your order is picked up, it will no longer show as pending and you will receive an electronic receipt
