2023 Troop Cookie Manager Guide

February 10-March 12 Cookie Delivery, Booth Sales and Goal Getter Orders • Troops pick up cookies from initial order to distribute to girls for delivery starting February 10 • Council-scheduled Cookie Booths begin February 17 • Distribute booth cookies and troop extras to girls in eBudde as sales occur • Set expectations with parents in your troop around cookie orders, frequent money collection and picking up additional cookie orders, and remember that you can designate another trusted adult to be a Cupboard Pickup User in eBudde so they can pick up cookies too • During this time, Girl Scouts will still be able to take orders through Digital Cookie and the Goal Getter Order card, see the participation chart on pg. 14 for more information • Additional cookies for cookie booths and goal-getter orders can be obtained at a Cookie Cupboard. You must place a Pending Order through eBudde for your chosen Cupboard. This will require you to select the Cupboard location, date and time of pickup, as well as cookie quantity/variety. See pg. 41 for Cupboard details and pending order instructions. Adding Additional Cookies to a Girl Scout for In-Person Goal Getter Orders: 1. In eBudde, click on the Girl Orders tab 2. Click on the Girl Scout’s name 3. Click the +Order button 4. Enter the package count by variety that you transferred from the troop to the Girl Scout 5. If they gave any payments, you can enter that on the right side 6. Click Save
