2023 Troop Cookie Manager Guide

Initial Order How-Tos: You can also find information about entering Initial Orders in the eBudde Help Center. 1. Families registered for Digital Cookie can enter their order card through the online platform. Instructions can be found at https://www.girlscoutsem.org/en/ members/for-girl-scouts/for-cookie-sellers.html. Troop Cookie Managers may also accept paper order cards for entry. If any of your girls entered their initial orders on Digital Cookie, log in to your Digital Cookie troop dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Get Report for the Initial Order. These packages will need to be entered into eBudde. Paper order card/initial order entries do not automatically transfer to eBudde. Digital Cookie online sales do. 2. Be sure to check each girl’s order card for accuracy and to make sure she did not include any Digital Cookie online orders on it. Digital Cookie online orders for girl delivery will automatically record, and will show as DOC Girl Del., for each girl on the eBudde Initial Order tab and submit as part of your troop’s initial order. Digital Cookie shipped or donated packages record automatically on the eBudde Girl Order tab. 3. To enter order card orders for donations to Project Thank You, use the first column PTY. You will not receive these packages in your physical inventory because the council is responsible for ordering and delivering these cookies to the donation partners at the end of the Cookie Program. TGOC, Troop Gift of Caring, is where you will record donation packages if your troop has chosen a different charity for donation cookies. For TGOC, the troop is responsible for ordering extra packages and donating them to the chosen organization. These cookies can be added as troop extras, come from booth cookies, or be picked up from a cupboard. 4. If your troop would like to order cookies for booths or in anticipation of Goal Getter orders and additional Digital Cookie sales for girl delivery as part of your initial order, click on Booth at the bottom of the Initial Order tab. Enter your booth order in packages by variety.

5. Be sure to click save button each time you enter a girl’s order to ensure you do not lose anything. You can save as many times as needed, but you can only Submit once. Do not click Submit Troop IO until you’re sure everything has been entered. Once you submit your order you cannot make changes. 6. Initial orders are shipped in full cases, so eBudde will automatically round up your troop initial order to the nearest full case (12/case) for each cookie variety. The Others+Extras+Charity line at the bottom of your Initial Order tab will show the number of packages added to make a full case. These cookies can be used to fulfill Goal Getter orders, booth sales or additional Digital Cookie girl-delivery orders. 7. When you have entered all girl and booth orders, click Submit Troop IO to finalize your order. If you need to make changes to your initial order after submitting, contact your Neighborhood Cookie Manager or the Answer Center by Feb. 1 for assistance. 8. You are almost done! Now you need to choose when you want to pick up your order. Click on the Delivery tab to select location, date, and time desired. As much as possible, try to select times that are adjacent to already selected times. Troops in Districts 15, 16, 17; D11/N2 and D18/ N3, should select their local delivery option. Your Neighborhood Cookie Manager will contact you to schedule a specific pickup time. 10. One last thing – you must verify or enter your troop bank account information in eBudde, click here for a quick video on how to update this information in your settings. This provides an agreement and approval for ACH transfers during the 2023 Cookie Program. 11. If your troop does not officially click Submit IO for their initial order in eBudde by Feb 2., please know that any cookies showing on your initial order tab will automatically be submitted and will need to be picked up in February. 9. Submit your troop’s initial rewards order in eBudde.
