January 29 Girl Scout Initial Order Card Deadline

Until January 29, parents/adults can enter order cards into Digital Cookie or give paper order cards to the Troop Cookie Manager. Make sure to set clear expectations with parents in your troop about how to submit order card orders.

Note: While Digital Cookie orders flow automatically to eBudde, paper order cards entered this way do not.

If you would like parents to enter order cards this way, you MUST download a report from Digital Cookie and enter those orders in eBudde. Please refer families to the tip sheet on the Cookie Sellers Resources web page.

January 30 Troop Initial Order Deadline

• Order card orders entered by parents through Digital Cookie do not flow automatically to eBudde. TCMs will need to download the Digital Cookie Initial Order Report and enter the packages by variety in eBudde. Digital Cookie orders placed by customers online will automatically feed to eBudde and do not need to be entered. • Note that at times, Digital Cookie orders can take a bit to make it into eBudde. If you have a Girl Scout whom you believe should receive initial order rewards based on an order that has not appeared in the system, please reach out to the Answer Center • When submitting your troop’s Initial Order, you will also need to confirm your delivery location and time, and your initial order rewards. This will stop initial rewards from continuing to calculate sales, but initial rewards will still come in with the final rewards in the spring. • Once you submit your troop’s Initial order, your orders will be locked. Any additional Digital Cookie orders for girl-delivery placed after that time will need to be picked up separately or distributed through your troop’s extras. Such packages after submission will not count toward Initial order rewards. TCMs will be locked from entering initial orders in eBudde at 11:59 pm CST.
