Managing Post-Initial Order Digital Cookie Girl Delivery Orders in eBudde

Below are the steps we recommend volunteers follow during the final weeks of the cookie program to ensure customers receive the product they order.

1. Set a deadline or a couple deadlines for your troop families to let you know of the additional orders their girl needs to fulfill. This is so you can plan your cookie cupboard trips accordingly. If you are only setting one deadline, we recommend it be March 13, which is the day after girl-delivery option in Digital Cookie ends.

2. Communicate those deadlines to your families, as well as how you want them to get their orders to you.

3. In eBudde site or app, you can see if a girl has any additional Digital Cookie delivery orders under Girl Orders by clicking on a girl’s name. It will show DLVR for Digital Cookie girl delivery; SHIP for Digital Cookie direct ship; and DON for Digital Cookie donated cookies. The number next to these corresponds to the order number in Digital Cookie. Payments for these transactions will show up for the girl.

4. Any of these transactions listed below the Init. Order “Locked” line will still need to be fulfilled,

as the orders came in after the troop placed their initial order. These post-initial order DLVR orders will not show the number of packages until they are allocated to a girl through an eBudde transaction once she picks up the cookies from you. They will, however, show a negative balance paid. 5. To find out variety of cookies for those additional girl-delivery orders, you can pull a report from Digital Cookie. Go to Reports on your Digital Cookie dashboard and click Get Report for the All Order Data report and you can filter as needed. 6. Look at the Date column, and you can see how many orders have come in since you submitted your troop’s initial order. You’ll want to focus on the orders placed for girl-delivery. Those packages are the ones you’ll need to fulfill those girls’ orders. 7. Once the girl gets her cookies from the troop (whether from the troop extras or cupboard) to fulfill her additional orders, you’ll need to add a transaction to the girl in the eBudde Girl Orders tab to reflect the packages the girl took so she gets official credit for them.
