Nothing illustrates the idea of “Better Together” more than GSEM’s Women’s Leadership Network. Women who lead in their homes, in their workplaces, and in their communities only grow with the support of their peers. By coming together regularly throughout the year, members of the Women’s Leadership Network model that mindset for today’s Girl Scout, encouraging her to embrace that collaborative spirit as she discovers her path forward. Year-round Women’s Leadership Network events provide women in the region with opportunities for celebration, reflection and conversation. Members share their journeys in leadership with each other and consider together how their experiences may enhance the leadership potential of today’s eastern Missouri Girl Scouts.
