Who Submits the April Showers Troop Collection Day Report (AS-1): • District or Neighborhood April Showers Coordinator or an assigned Data Collection Coordinator

What You Need: • Completed April Showers Troop Collection Day Report (AS-1) from each troop

How to Use the Web Reporting System: • Visit girlscoutsem.org/communityservice • Click on troop reporting link in the April Showers dropdown • Enter all the information on the AS-1 form requested on the survey for one troop • Click the “DONE” button at the bottom of the page to submit the April Showers collection information

• The survey will loop to the beginning • Enter the next troop number and data • Once you have entered the data for all your troops, you may close the window • You may return to the link as often as needed
