Offered to: Juniors

Grades 4-5

What do you think of when you hear the word “government”? Do you think of the President? The Supreme Court? Congress? All of these are part of the United States government—but your city or town has a government, too. Your city, state, and country government all work together. When you’ve earned this badge, you will know more about how your government works—from your town or city to the whole country. This program includes a box mailed to the participants house with all the supplies needed and the badge earned.
