**Girl Scouts must be 4'8" to participate in this program.** Ryze to new heights at Ryze Adventure Park, an amazing aerial obstacle course in Mayland Heights! Participants will get to try a zipline, free fall, and many walking obstacles while harnessed and clipped in to a saftey device. Experience all this in the evening with glow jewelry and twinkle lights! The cost for Girl Scout participation is $35. The cost for adults that want to climb with their Girl Scout is $39. The cost for adults that want to attend but NOT climb is $16 (this includes mini golf and access to the observation deck). Girls will participate in engineering design challenges and activities with female engineering students and hear from professional engineers about how they solve problems. On this extreme adventure, Girl Scouts will learn mountain biking skills and try them out on a natural course with instructors from Wheels Up. Bikes and helmets are provided, and all skill levels are welcome. Transportation to the meeting location is not provided. Bring a new book or reread a favorite in the company of other avid readers. Enjoy some snacks, meet an author, make a SWAP and bring a book to trade! You can come for a quick visit, or stay for the whole afternoon, and you will recieve a patch celebrating National Book Month. All Girl Scout levels will earn a Reading Patch. Location: Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center, 2300 Ball Dr., St. Louis 63146 This course is for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest community service award a high-school aged girl can earn. Parents, caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend, too! Girls going for the Gold Award are required to attend this training; they will learn the seven steps necessary to complete their Gold Award project and how to submit their proposal on Go Gold.
