cOOKIE bOOTHS IN EbUDDE Council Scheduled Booths in eBudde Council-scheduled booths with partners like Walgreens, GNC, Upper Limits, Lowe’s and Kaldi’s will be available for sign up through eBudde. Booth scheduling rounds are as follows: • January 20, 8 pm CST – each troop may register for 1 booth spot • January 22, 8 am CST – each troop may register for 1 additional booth spot, total of 2 booths • January 24 8 pm CST – each troop may register for as many booth spots as they prefer, depending on when certain partners become available, there may be restrictions on booth reservations at chain stores. These limitations will be communicated through Cookie News if applicable. Not available during that time? Designate another troop volunteer, who can have access to eBudde, to sign up for a booth. 4. Click on the booth area of interest 5. Click on the booth location of interest 6. The available booth dates and times will appear in green 7. Click on the booth date/time of interest 8. A box will appear to the right 9. Click on the space to the right of the time you prefer 10. Click the green Submit button to reserve this booth location, date and time (to deselect the time just click on the space again) 11. You will receive a message when your booth is reserved, click OK on the message window to complete your reservation. If you do not see this message, your time was not reserved, and you may need to repeat the process or select a different slot. 12. After your booth is reserved it will appear on your troop dashboard in eBudde To release a council-scheduled cookie booth, select “View Full Calendar” on the right side of your eBudde dashboard, a red “Release” button will appear next to the booth, selecting this will cancel your reservation and notify any troops on the waiting list.” To schedule your Council-Scheduled Booth: 1. Log in to eBudde 2. Click on the Booth Sites tab 3. Council Sales will appear in the drop-down box
