Adding Troop Cookie Pickup Users in eBudde Troop Cookie Pickup Only user is a contact-type available on the troop level to allow for other trusted adults outside of the Troop Cookie Manager or Troop Leader to pick up cookies from Cookie Cupboards. This user-type has very limited access in eBudde TM – they can only access the contacts tab and will be able to sign for cookies pickup using the eBudde TM mobile app. Note: • If you are already in eBudde TM as a Troop Leader or Troop Cookie Manager, you are able to pick up cookies from cupboards. DO NOT add yourself a as a troop pickup user as you will lose access to other tabs in eBudde TM • Troop Cookie Pickup Users must not have a no-funds handling restriction Step 1: From the Troop Cookie Manager or Troop Leader account, navigate to the “Settings” tab in eBudde TM . Select “edit settings.”

Step 2: Enter the name and email of the adult being allowed access as a Troop Cookie Pickup user and click “update” at the bottom of the page. Step 3: The adult added as a Troop Cookie Pickup User will receive an email from eBudde TM to set up their account and create a password. When your troop has a pending Cookie Cupboard order, the Troop Cookie Pickup User will be able to sign in to their eBudde TM mobile app and sign for the cookies at the Cupboard. Please communicate the Cupboard procedures to all Troop Cookie Pickup Users and ensure that they understand they must count the cupboard order and confirm the quantities before signing for the order.
