2022 Camp Adventure Guide

Equestrian Camps Camp Cedarledge offers exceptional equestrian programs for girls of all ages and skill levels. Girls eagerly look forward to the hours they spend with the horses in the scenic arena or on the wooded trails. Equestrian campers enjoy time at the barn each day in addition to participating in camp activities with their unit and new friends.

BEGINNERS

Cost: $410 through March 31, $440 starting April 1 and $475 starting May 1 This camp is perfect for our youngest horse enthusiasts! Girls travel to the barn each day with their unit to ride a horse (while being led), learn and practice grooming and tour the barn. When they aren’t spending time with their favorite horse, girls swim, create crafts and complete badge work! Girl Scout Brownies will earn their First Aid and Eco Friend Badges. Cost: $410 through March 31, $440 starting April 1 and $475 starting May 1 Explore the trails of Camp Cedarledge on horseback! Each day, girls will ride on our beautiful shaded trails with their favorite horse. During their stay, girls also swim daily and participate in camp activities such as archery, games and crafts. Girl Scout Juniors will earn their Horseback Riding and Trail Adventure Badges. Cost: $600 through March 31, $630 starting April 1 and $665 starting May 1 Saddle Club is a dynamic equestrian experience for horse lovers! Girls participate in riding lessons in the arena, ride the trails at camp and practice beginning horse care. Each week at camp also includes favorite camp activities, daily swimming, campfires and cookouts! Girl Scout Juniors will earn their Horseback Riding and First Aid Badges. Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their Trail Adventure and First Aid Badges. Cost: $410 through March 31, $440 starting April 1 and $475 starting May 1 Enjoy the complete riding experience at camp! Campers experience two trail rides and two arena lessons during this camp. Each day is also packed with traditional camp activities such as crafts, hiking, swimming and time spent with new friends. Girl Scout Juniors will earn their Horseback Riding and First Aid Badges and Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their Archery and First Aid Badges.
