2021 Reflections Ceremony

Frank and Elsie St. Cyr Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is grateful for the support of Frank and Elsie St. Cyr in establishing a charitable trust for the future benefit of the Girl Scout Gold, Silver and Bronze Award Program. Their gift ensures funding for future Reflections ceremonies and other Council services related to the Girl Scout Gold, Silver and Bronze Award Program. A member of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri for more than 40 years, Elsie served as a troop leader, Chair of the Activity Scholarship Panel, Chair of the Program Committee and member of the Board of Directors. In 1977, she received the Thanks Badge for her outstanding service to Girl Scouts. At that time, the Thanks Badge was the highest national award for a Girl Scout volunteer, given in recognition of those who have contributed significantly to the mission of Girl Scouts in a variety of ways. For her support and dedication to Girl Scouts, Elsie received the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Individual Legacy Builder Award in 2014.
